This TEC1‑12706 thermoelectric module offers precise temperature control in a compact 40 × 40 × 3.6 mm ceramic package. It operates at 12 V and 6 A, achieving a maximum cooling output of ~92 W and featuring approximately 1.98 Ω internal resistance. The module is capable of both cooling and heating, and can even generate electricity under a thermal gradient. Rated for up to 138 °C, it has an expected lifespan of 200,000 hours, making it ideal for CPU cooling, portable refrigeration, or sensor systems.
