This TEC1‑12715 thermoelectric module delivers high-performance cooling in a small ceramic package. Rated for up to 15.4 V and 15 A, it achieves a maximum cooling capacity of approximately 136 W at a 30 °C hot‑side temperature and a 70 °C temperature differential. With a low internal resistance of ~0.75 Ω and reliable ceramic construction, it offers silent, solid‑state operation. Reverse the polarity to use it as a heater or power generator. Suitable for refrigeration, temperature control, and compact thermal systems.
