The AB490 KY-022 Infrared Sensor Module is a compact IR receiver designed for detecting infrared light in the 700nm–1mm range. Built with the TSOP1838 chipset (37.9kHz), it ensures reliable signal detection with strong daylight rejection up to 500 LUX. Operating on 3.3V–5V, the module outputs a HIGH signal when triggered and LOW when idle, with an onboard LED indicator to show signal activity. Ideal for Arduino, smart cars, robots, and remote control projects, this sensor provides stable performance and easy integration into electronics applications.
